in Alsace only 2 centuries ago.

and cover about 10% of the vineyards of the Alsace
region.

of Zotzenberg. It is the only place where wine
makers can add Sylvaner along with Riesling and Gewurztraminer to
rpoduce a great growth wine, one of the best
wines from Alsace.
